Description:
Hameen University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) aims to increase its social profile and impact. In order to achieve this goal, HAMK provides influencer communication services that support the implementation of the organizational lobbying objectives. Influencer communication meansPolitical debate, legislation, influencers and decision -makers. The services to be acquired are, for example, advice, sparring and planning, or producing materials and events. HAMK wants to influence, for examplethe financial criteria of polytechnics, the degree structure (including vocational doctoral degrees) and titles in polytechnics, regional policy, RDI policy and European university operating environment.to the provision of services. The agreement will initially be signed on a fixed term until 30 June 2027. HAMK has the right to continue the agreement with two separate (1 + 1) option years. The contract expires no later than June 30, 2029. The procurement procedure is a limited procedure for which the contracting entity requests in the first phaseApplications for participation from willing suppliers.
