- Organizations providing services according to the dynamic procurement system (DPS) can submit applications for participation in the dynamic procurement system throughout its duration. All candidates who have submitted an application for participation are accepted into the dynamic procurement system, and they meet aset suitability requirements.
In the internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system to be established, information management and artificial intelligence platforms, solutions and services, licenses and expert services and the various entities formed from these are tendered. The aforementioned are to be acquiredn for services produced for social and health care organizations, which are named in more detail in the DPS internal tender request. Solutions can be acquired for use in specialized nursing care, primary health care and social work, as well as support activities related to these taskssa. They can be used in 2M-IT Oy's service production as part of the services of one or more customers. The actual procurements are made based on separate requests for tenders as DPS's internal tenders, where the procurement unit specifies and describes its detailed procurement needs.
Platforms andthe object of acquiring licenses can be, for example, a solution based on commercial off-the-shelf software for management with information or artificial intelligence, the right to use the software, licenses and/or a software solution based on open source code.
