• YOU CAN STILL HAVE AN INFLUENCE DURING THE MARKET SURVEY PHASE! We want the city of Turku to make quality purchases and cooperate with companies. That's why we want to do a market survey before publishing the actual procurement notice. The goal is to map the market of the procurement target and get comprehensive information about availability, implementation possibilities and potential service providers. This is a request for information and a request for a statement regarding the literature competition planned by the city of Turku, whose contract period begins on January 1, 2027. The request for information is not binding on those who answered it. The procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement based on the market survey, and the presented descriptions / specifications are not binding on the customer. When preparing the future tender, it is we are planning the following things, on which we would like comments from the bidders:- cover photos and back cover texts, intellectual property rights, - introduction of the employment condition, - referrals, - labeling and - plasticizing.
