• 1 INTRODUCTION We ask you to submit your response to this request for information regarding the planning of the acquisition of the survey and event management system. We greatly appreciate all the responses we receive, and each of them will be considered for possible competition in preparation. With this information request, we want to map suppliers' offerings of systems that support and offer a smooth and appropriate user experience for the end user. More detailed information about the procurement can be found in this request for information from appendix 1 "Questions of the request for information". The end user of the procurement is Istekki and its owner-customers. At the same time, we aim to familiarize ourselves with the market situation, the products that may be related to the use of the system, and the contractual and commercial conditions, such as pricing. 2 ORGANIZING THE MARKET DIALOGUE Based on the answers to the request for information, I will organize market dialogue events where suppliers can present their own services, products and alternatives to the target of the tender for implementation. Based on the responses to this request for information, Istekki selects approximately 3-5 providers for the market dialogue. Possible market dialogue events will be organized on March 24, 2025 at the time indicated by the customer. If market dialogue events are organized, they are conducted in Finnish.
