ATTENTION! This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started the procurement preparation for hydraulics and welding materials and invites suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. Procurement is divided into three areas: 1. Hydraulic parts2. Welding accessories3. Automotive electrical accessories (e.g. batteries). hydraulic parts as well as welding supplies and automotive electrical supplies. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market situation regarding the aforementioned procurement. The city of Espoo wants to hear the thoughts of potential suppliers about the competition implementation and preparation of the request for tenders. Those registered for the market dialogue will be discussed and/or tender documents will be sent to them for comment. Conversations are held with those who have registered and/or messages are sent to them tender documents for initial comment in spring 2026. We ask suppliers interested in participating in the market dialogue to register in writing by 12:00 on February 11, 2026 to the address ilona.peura@espoo.fiMarket dialogue and the information provided in it does not bind any party participating in it, nor is it a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender.
