• ABOUT THE PROCUREMENT Yleisradio Oy (later "Yle") is preparing a tender for basic information technology services. The object of the procurement is a service package, which includes - end-user support services, including Service Desk (SD) local and remote support services, physical service point so-called Walk-in Desk and comprehensive support, lifecycle and expert services for the terminal environment - comprehensive usage and capacity and data center management services - information security services - cloud services and identity management - high-quality expert services. Yle is looking for a total supplier who acts as an ICT partner both in the implementation of new services and in the maintenance and development of existing services. As part of the procurement preparation, we publish this request for information. Our goal is to improve the understanding of the services offered on the market before the publication of the request for tender.
