• We ask you to submit your response to Broadcom's (VMware) license procurement channel information request. With this request for information, we are surveying the supply on the market of Broadcom's (VMware) license procurement channels. It is a request for information — no advance notice, procurement notice or request for tender. Answering the request for information is voluntary, and answering is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible tender. We appreciate all the responses we receive. PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION The object of the acquisition are Broadcom's VMware VCF licenses. In addition, the acquisition includes the option to purchase VCF Advanced Services licenses, such as Data Services Manager, VMware Live Recovery, vDefend Firewall and other licenses related to Broadcom's products. The condition of the purchase is, that the subscriber manages his VMware environment himself from his own computer rooms. The subscriber must also be able to open support requests directly to Broadcom and use the technical online courses and training materials offered by Broadcom by its experts to maintain competence. If necessary, the Subscriber can enter into an agreement with the selected Supplier for the platform hardware related to VMware service production, in accordance with the terms of use required by the licenses. This should enable the acquisition of licenses as well as Subscriber's full platform control in accordance with Broadcom's terms and conditions.
