With this request for information, the HUS Group wants to map the market supply of the molecular controls used in the quality assurance of the bacteriology laboratory and the HUS area of maternity wards regarding the areas specified below.
Controls should be suitable for Genexpertfor the hardheid (cepheid) and clostridioides difficile controls for BD MAX (Becon Dickinson).
Sub-areas:
1) Genexpert MTB Ultra test (cepheid), three different controls:
- Mycobacterium tuberculosis positive, rifampicin (rif) negative
- mycobacterium tuberculosisPositive, Rifampicin Positive
- Mycobacterium tuberculosis negative
m.tuburculosis and antibiotic sensitivity results should be included in the same control sample
2) Genexpert MTB/XDR test (CEPHEID), three different controls:
- Mycobacterum tuberculosis isoniazide(Inh) Ports., Fluoroquinolone (FLQ) Posts
- mycobacterium tuberculosis posit., Isoniazide (inh) negat., Fluroaronolone (flq) negat., Amikasine (college) negat., Canamycin (kan) negat.(CAP) Negat., Etionamide (ETH) Negat.
- Mycobacterium tuberculosis negative.
M.Tuberculosis identification and antibiotic sensitivity results should be included in the same control sample
3) Genexpert Xpress GBS test (cepheid):
