Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy (later Voimia) is preparing the acquisition of customer satisfaction and partner-subscriber-customer surveys. The results of customer satisfaction and partner-subscriber-customer surveys are used as management support to guide the development of customer experience and renew services even more more customer-oriented. Based on the results, we also want to get an overall picture and a comparison of the Customer's position in the competitive field of the industry. The customer satisfaction survey is to be carried out annually and the partner-customer-customer survey every other year. With the help of the research carried out, Voimian is monitored goals set for customer satisfaction and new annual goals are set. This is a request for information to potential service providers, not an advance notice, a procurement notice, or a request for tenders. The purpose of this request for information is to clarify questions related to procurement. Purpose of the information request is to get comprehensive information about the availability and features of the service to be acquired, so that a possible tender can be carried out in the most appropriate way.
