• BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The city of Helsinki, the urban environment department (hereafter "KYMP") is preparing the framework arrangement "Design and expert services for the new construction of bridges and technical structures" for the period 2027-2028 + options 2029-2030. Information request the purpose is to collect operators' views and information to support the preparation of the future competition. The information received will be used in the preparation of procurement documents. This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, and this announcement does not request offers. Answering the request for information does not bind the procurement entity to carry out the procurement, nor does the operator to participate in a possible tender. The operator is not compensated for responding to the request for information. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE AND SCHEDULE Actual according to the preliminary estimate, the procurement procedure is to be started in August 2026. The aim is to organize the tender so that the procurement contract enters into force on January 1, 2027.
