• Heka is tendering elevator consulting services during spring 2026. With this request for information, suppliers are invited to a market dialogue on procurement-related issues. The goal of the request for information is to obtain comprehensive information about the purchase, so that possible the tender can be carried out as expediently as possible. The duties of the elevator and lift door consultant partner include:- participate in the supervision of maintenance contracts for Heka's elevators- produce life-cycle services for elevators - participate in the overhaul of elevators and for modernization projects - provides expert services for lifting doors. The procurement concerns Heka's service areas in the south, east, west and north, as well as special residential properties. Heka wants comments on, among other things: - the content of the procurement object/service (appendix 01 service description) The comment is specifically requested - from section 2.3.1. from the control section of the elevator maintenance contract 2.3.2. on the content of the audit - on the pricing criteria - on the responsibility criteria Please note that this announcement is a request for information and not a request for tender, and it does not oblige Heka to publish a request for tender later.
