• This is neither a procurement notice nor a request for tender, and thus does not bind or obligate the parties to anything. The City of Vantaa (later the Client) prepares Google Workspace for Education (GWfE) licenses and Chromebook Chrome Education Upgrade (CEU) procurement of device management licenses and Google Workspace for Education and Chromebook support and maintenance services for the education and teaching industry. With the procurement, one (1) provider of the overall service package is being sought. To be acquired the service package includes e.g.: - Licenses GWfE and CEU - Commissioning of the service - Support and maintenance services - Projects for further development, training and other expert work With this announcement, we are asking for operators interested in this procurement to participate in the market dialogue. The goal is to have a market dialogue (oral and written) with the operators interested in the acquisition regarding the acquisition. The dialogue is conducted in Finnish. At a later stage, the Subscriber requests suppliers interested in procurement to also comment on draft documents of the request for tenders. Operators participating in the market dialogue are asked to register for the market dialogue and provide answers to the questions presented in the market survey announcement for preliminary questions by Monday 23 March 2026 at 12 noon to the address: tuija.manninen2@vantaa.fi.
