- The subject of the information request is the heart-lung machine used in children's open-heart surgeries for the operating department of the New Children's Hospital. We ask suppliers to sign up for the market dialogue.
The purpose of the request for information is to map the solutions on the market and to get comprehensive information about themtoa, so that the tender that is being prepared can be carried out as appropriately as possible. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in the tender and does not affect the bidder's position in it. The points presented in the request for information are preliminary and may change during the preparation of the procurementn in progress.
We ask suppliers interested in participating in the market dialogue to register by e-mail to the address narbiletus.aneteho@hus.fi by 12:00 on 17 November 2023. The message field of the e-mail must contain the inscription "Information request: Heart-lung machine" and the name of the company. Ask for a supplierin their response to the request for information, to describe the products they offer and to provide product brochures. Additional information questions will be sent to those who registered for the request for information by e-mail and, if necessary, a discussion session will be organized remotely with the selected suppliers and possiblyfamiliarization/trial use of the device.
Participation in the request for information does not bind the supplier to participate in the tender, and is not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later.
