• With this request for information, HUS Group (hereinafter HUS) starts a market survey. The aim of this advance notice is to find suppliers operating in the field, to get information about the solutions available on the market. The object of the survey is to find providers of the next service from the market: The required service package is repair services for old instruments, which do not fall within the scope of the warranty maintenance price lists of the current HUS valid instrument contracts. The instruments are picked up for repair and delivered back to the customer by the supplier. The instruments may not even be replaced with similar ones during the repair, as they are laser marked with codes that fit into the Gemini system. During the repair, the inner part of the instruments must be preserved traceability. Registration for market dialogue, service content and description of the service and contact information must be submitted no later than 22 April 2026 as attachments to the e-mail address: ropi.saari@hus.fi. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE This notice describes the information, which the procurement unit is aware of at the time of preparing the notice. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement, but the initiation of a possible procurement procedure is decided separately. The request for information and the answers given to it bind both parties. The costs incurred in responding to the request for information remain the responsibility of the respondent, and HUS does not pay compensation for responding to the request for information or participating in the procurement procedure.
