• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET SURVEY AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase. The procurement unit does not start with the publication of the information request tender, but a possible procurement notice and request for tenders will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. Responding to the request for information is not a prerequisite for any subsequent arrangements for participating in the tender. Suppliers are not compensated for responding to a request for information or participating in a market dialogue. HUS Group is preparing the acquisition of the Information Security Control and Management Service (CSOC) from HUS Group-owned and in order to maintain the cyber security of ICT systems and services managed and acquired from third parties. The procurement will possibly be carried out as a procurement ring with one or more welfare regions in Southern Finland. Over here the answers given to the request for information will be used in planning this acquisition. The procured service will be delivered by the selected supplier during the 24/7/365 service time with the requirements and service level agreements defined later in the request for tender. The service provided must be able to observe, analyze, react and notify and, if necessary, escalate cyber security-related threats, observations and disturbances within the response times given to the subscriber...
