Description:
The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom is preparing the procurement of the Interface and integration service. In connection with this, we would like to ask the suppliers for comments on the tender material before publishing the actual tender.
The customer has several different ways to develop, maintain and utilizedifferent interfaces and integrations. The current solutions that support these ways are functionally different from each other and in different stages of their life cycle. The goal is to obtain a common interface and integration service for the Customer.
The procurement includes a development and delivery projectn, technical solutions (usage rights), integration team and continuous services.
Procurement can be divided into five clear areas and procurement includes all areas:
1. Integration team. The integration team works in all phases of the acquisition. The integration team supports e.g. application developmentfools.
2. Development project. In the first phase, the joint development project of the Supplier and the Customer is implemented. The goal of the development project is to find the most suitable technical solutions and operational models for the Customer.
3. Technical solutions (usage rights). The set of technical solutions consists ofof the following components: API gateway, API management, message queue system and material transfer system. In its service selection, the supplier must have at least three (3) different API gateway and management products, at least one (1) message queue system product and at least one (1)...
