• BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF INFORMATION REQUEST Fimlab Laboratorios Oy is preparing the purchase of osmometers suitable for clinical laboratories. The purpose of this information request is to survey IVD medical devices on the market. The information request is used for procurement to support the preparation. It is not a request for tender, and the request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the tender. PROCUREMENT GROUPS OF PRODUCTS The planned purchase includes the following product groups: They measure the lowering of the freezing point for professional use intended CE-marked osmometers that meet both the current EU legislation ((EU) 2017/746) and national legislation (Laws 719/2021 and 629/2010) for IVD medical devices. The purpose of the information request is to map and automatic several devices that analyze a series of samples and analyze individual samples. REQUESTED INFORMATION FROM THE SUPPLIER: Supplier's basic information: • Company name and business ID • Contact person and contact information • A brief description of the company's operations and experience as a supplier of osmometers in Finland or other Nordic countries (incl. devices, reagents, supplies and maintenance). Osmometers: • CE marking, manufacturer's declaration of conformity and quality management system certifications • Complied by the distributor quality management system standards (if applicable) • The intended use of the device, as described in the user manual • Sample forms suitable for the device validated by the manufacturer, such as those in the user manual...
