Description:
This is a request for information, which is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation. The purpose of the information request is to collect the object of the procurement
related information for future bidding. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible subsequent competition. The upcoming competition however, to ensure success, it would be important for potential bidders to provide the procuring entity with as much information as possible. The request for information does not oblige Istekki Oy to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its attachments, and the tender can also be leave unimplemented.
The object of this information request is Key lockers and the system that enables physical keys and other items to be handed over object management, handover management and centralized management of key cabinet solutions. The purpose is to map to systems related to ability, the market situation of additional services, products, contract terms and suppliers' pricing.
We ask for an answer to the questions we asked, which are in the appendix "Information request and questions" to this request for information.
The object of the acquisition is key cabinets, as well as a system unit that enables management of physical keys and other items, handover management and archiving, and centralized management of key cabinet solutions.
