• This is not a procurement announcement, nor a request for quotation, but a Request for Information to potential Suppliers. This request for information is therefore not requested, and no offers are given. Comments or questions received through a request for information will not be answered.
  One of the tasks of the Board of Education is learning materials and publications publishing. Customers are both individuals and organizations, especially schools and educational institutions. The products are delivered to the customer either physically (e.g. textbooks) or digitally (e.g. electronic learning materials).
  We ask for up-to-date information about the overall service, which includes the products logistics, license and e-commerce service.
  The procured service includes
  • A SaaS e-commerce solution from which customers can purchase non-fiction books, textbooks, publications and licenses for digital learning materials published by the National Board of Education, as well as downloadable files with commonly used with means of payment
  distribution to key retailers such as the Library Service, bookstores and learning materials brokers
  inventory value reporting.
  Service requirements
  • The online store must serve our customers in Finnish, Swedish and English.
  • The service must meet the requirements of the Digital Services Act regarding accessibility and accessibility.
