- This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information, with which the welfare region of Western Uusimaa starts a market dialogue and finds out suppliers' interest in tendering for the purchase of light trucks.
The purpose of the Lansi-Uusimaa welfare area is to acquire approximately 1-3 light truck in Western Uusimaa
for use by the rescue service.
If you are interested in this acquisition, please send a message to virpi.sipponen@luvn.fi by 10 o'clock on 24 November 2025, and we will send you a description of the initial acquisition object and reference requirements for your comment. and market dialogue questions to be answered. Commented documents and answers to questions are requested to be returned by 28.11. by 12 o'clock by email to virpi.sipponen@luvn.fi.
After the answers are returned, the welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa invites journalists to present its light trucks as part of the market dialogue. The presentation of the light trucks will take place on 2 December 2025 from 8 am to 4 pm at the central fire station of the West Uusimaa rescue service (Palomiehentie 1, 02750 Espoo). It is hoped that the light truck to be introduced will have four-wheel drive. The West Uusimaa rescue service has purpose also to test drive cars at the presentation event. The duration of the presentation event is tentatively planned to be one and a half hours per supplier. The welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa reserves the right to invite as many journalists as it deems necessary to the presentation event.
