• With this information request, the City of Helsinki's service center business center (later "Service Center Helsinki" or "procurement unit") maps the development service of its Luukku transaction portal and, secondarily, the expert services related to Matrix42 (formerly Efecte) market. The goal of the request for information is to map approximately 3-5 service providers who will be invited to a more detailed company-specific market dialogue. Luukku is a web portal serving the city of Helsinki built alongside the Matrix42 system for digital for transaction forms, through which e.g. supervisors order products/devices, access rights and make support requests. The hatch also supports e.g. ticketing, financial and human resource management tasks, and reviewing device and location information. All City of Helsinki employees have access to the Luukku portal from the intranet. The whole consists of an application developed alongside the Matrix42 system, the Matrix Web-API interface and an external dynamic and integrated into Matrix42 from the web application, as well as from the SQL database. In its operations, the Helsinki Service Center uses an expert service tendered from the market for the development of the Matrix42 (formerly Efecte) service management system, and especially for the web browser developed on top of it To support and further develop the Luukku transaction portal. Palvelukeskus Helsinki uses a cloud service produced by Matrix42.
