• THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET SURVEY AND DIALOGUE. The city of Pori needs a tool that covers the entire life cycle of construction and space projects and supports the planning of the early phase of the projects, simulation of alternatives and reporting needed to support decision-making. The goal is to improve the quality of project planning, cost control and the comparability of alternatives, and to support the preparation of investment decisions qualitatively and economically. The purpose of the information request is to survey the cost simulation software services available on the market, which support the planning and decision-making of building and space projects. Market mapping is used to find out the solutions of service providers, pricing models, service content, integration possibilities and technical requirements before preparing the actual tender.
