• This is not a procurement notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information/market mapping, with which the South Karelia welfare region maps potential bidders to implement the data model coordination of the new Imatra rescue and police station project. This the request for information/market survey concerns the procurement of services, as part of which the consulting task of the information model coordinator is carried out. With the help of market dialogue, the welfare area tries to get information about the market's offer and the services of different suppliers and to map which suitability requirements and criteria the welfare area should use in its service procurement. The South Karelia welfare area's starting points for the destination are as follows: - The design material produced in the project is largely security classified (TL IV). The supplier must have the ability and experience in handling and storing classified material appropriately (e.g. in accordance with the instructions of the Senate properties). - The processing of classified material requires that everyone planning meetings are carried out without remote connections (presence at the meeting place is mandatory). - The schedule is tight. The plans for the building permit must be ready in week 9 and for the contract calculation in week 18. Tentative start of construction July-August 2026. Handover and commissioning of the building in October-November 2027. - The procurement unit requires that the tenderer has a substitute system, on the basis of which a substitute has been designated for the actual appointed designer...
