Object and purpose of the request for information:
The purpose of the request for information is to map the suppliers on the market and their product range, and to obtain comprehensive information about them,so that the tender that is being prepared can be carried out in accordance with the purpose as much as possible. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in the tender and does not affect the bidder's position in it. The facts presented in the request for information are preliminary and may change during the procurement preparation ein dete.
HUS plans to tender its wound care products as internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system. The internal tenders of the dynamic procurement system are designed to be carried out in three different ways (electronic catalogue, auction or invitation to tender sent to suppliersyntoe in the yntoepalvelu.fi service).
We ask suppliers who are interested in participating in the market dialogue to register by e-mail to lassi.makinen@ptcs.fi by 4:00 p.m. on 15 April 2024. The message field of the e-mail must contain the inscription "Request for information: Wound care products" and the companynot the name. In addition, we ask for the e-mail addresses of the persons participating in the market dialogue. HUS will organize a joint information event for those registered for the market dialogue on April 16, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., where the future procurement package will be reviewed.
