The purpose of this information is to gather information on the procurement object for possible future competition. Pre-installations are made for example for mobile devices, virus security programs, or SIM cards. The pre-installation includes an update of data to the device register used by the subscriber or the final customer organization. Acquisition does not include licenses or equipment.
