• With this request for information, the City of Helsinki informs the market about the future procurement of the food services of the Munkkiniemi service center and requests comments from potential bidders to support procurement planning. The goal of the information request is to ensure that the procurement can be planned and carried out in the most expedient way possible, and information can be obtained from the bidders about the factors that affect the object's attractiveness and profitability. In addition, the goal is to collect information about the service about the cost level and other key factors affecting the implementation. This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tenders, but a request for information, with which bidders have the opportunity to comment on the planned procurement. It is not requested based on a request for information offers and this document is not binding on either party. After the request for information, a separate tender for the procurement will probably be organized. The object of the acquisition is the Munkkiniemi service center and the daily operations of Sinilinnu's customers and staff restaurant and cafe services. The units are open on weekdays. The customers of the Munkkiniemi service center are the elderly, the unemployed, and the staff of the service center and the city of Helsinki. Six (6) people work in the service center. Restaurant- and café services are used daily by a varying number of customers, and the staff also use the services.
