Description:
North Karelia's procurement department is preparing a tender for office and school supplies, school notebooks and calendars for the contract period 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2028 + one (1) + one (1) year option. The texts in the attached request for tender draft and in the actual tender request may change. All dates in the draft request for tender are preliminary. With this request for information, we request and hope for comments and/or observations from suppliers on the draft request for tender attached to the request for information, as well as otherwise related to the procurement. In addition, you are asked to respond in the Other conditions section of the information request to the questions asked. You can submit answers and comments by the deadline through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal by answering the questions in the "Other conditions" section. Answers and comments can also be left by downloading the attachment in the "Sending a response to a request for information" section. The response to the request for information must also be sent using the Send button, so that the answers given and the uploaded attachments are sent to the procurement unit. Comments, answers and questions can also be submitted via the "Questions and answers" section of the request for information (by 12.04.2025 at 11:30 a.m.).
