Description: According to the Espoo City Government (10 February 2020), a total of 1,300 passenger parking spaces will be built in connection with the Länsimetro's Matinkylä - Kivenlahti phase. Of these, 700 parking spaces would be built in Kivenlahti, 250 in Espoonlahti, 50 in Soukka, 50 in Kaita and 250 in Finno.
Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Kivenlahti access parking is responsible for the implementation of approximately 500 access parking spaces in Kivenlahti, west of the Kivenlahti metro center, south of Länsiväylä, block 34006.
According to the formula of the Kivenlahti metro center, “business premises, sports and wellness services, a parking facility and a hotel must be located in the block of business premises in question (KTY-1).
