This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase.
The procurement unit does not start a tender by publishing a request for information, but rather a possible procurement notice and the RFP will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. The answers given to this request for information will be used when planning the acquisition of a personnel planning system.
The object of the procurement is a personnel planning system which:
- supports strategic personnel planning and takes into account the organization of service activities qualitative (incl. personnel competence structure) and quantitative planning of the necessary personnel
- enables the planning of human resources at the front-line level
- works in accordance with the processes defined by labor legislation (take into account the beginnings, changes, terminations, etc. of the employment relationship)
- note, that the amount of human resources is controlled by the level of service activity (increases / decreases / stays the same), care and budget, not a static, administrative vacancy system
- can be integrated with other HUS systems
- scales to HUS's current personnel and organization...
