Description:
Sansia Oy is preparing the framework arrangement for planning services for municipal engineering, transport, skill structures and port planning, commissioned by the city of Kuopio, the municipality of Siilinjärvi and Kuopion Vesi Oy. The contract period of the procurement under preparation is planned to start on July 1, 2026. This announcement is a request for information from the preparation phase, which asks for the views and comments of those interested in the acquisition on the preliminary material of the acquisition. The drafts of the request for tender and the contract are attached to this announcement. The texts and content of the drafts may change in the actual tender material, and the dates presented are preliminary. We ask those interested to familiarize themselves with the material and send written comments and findings by email by 16 December 2025 at by 12:00 to the address sanna.pirinen@sansia.fi. In addition to written comments, the procurement unit can ask those who participated in the dialogue to have a more detailed discussion on Teams. The vendor-specific discussions of the market surveys will be held on January 14, 2026. Please indicate in your e-mail if you are interested in discussing and which aspects of the procurement your interest mainly concerns. If there are many registrants, it may be that the procurement unit has to limit the number of discussions. A more detailed schedule for the day will be specified at the turn of the year.
