Description:
The Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV) is tendering for the message printing, peeling and distribution service (TKJ service) included in the Suomi.fi-messages service during the year 2026.
The subject of the procurement are, in their separate sub-areas, the printing, peeling of notifications sent to the service by Suomi.fi messages and distribution in accordance with the choices made by the customer organizations, as well as the delivery of evidentiary notifications so that the customer organization receives information about the delivery via an electronic return channel.
With this market survey announcement, DVV is looking for potential service providers who can if he wants to participate in commenting on DVV's preliminary procurement documents and in possible more detailed market dialogue regarding the terms of the procurement before the publication of the actual request for tenders and the start of the bidding process.
Potential bidders interested in the procurement may participate for commenting on procurement documents and possible subsequent market dialogues as follows:
1) Notify DVV of your willingness to participate in the market survey by e-mail to the address "hankinnat@dvv.fi" and request preliminary procurement documents for your comments, after which DVV will send you the procurement documents to be commented on by e-mail.
2) The procurement documents commented on by the tenderer and other possible additional information/notes related to the procurement conditions are requested to be returned to the HILMA service by the specified deadline (December 12, 2025 at 12:00).
