The welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa surveys the suppliers' interest in the tender for the procurement of catering services.
Subject to planned acquisition is the purchase of supplementary catering services for the destinations of the welfare area of Western Uusimaa.
Our area covers the following municipalities: Espoo, Hanko, Inkoo, Karkkila, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Raasepori, Siuntio and Vihti.
With the procurement, Haetatva's service providers from various municipalities in the welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa are planned to deliver random meeting and anniversaries to the units of the welfare area located in different parts of the municipalities of Lansi-Uusimaa.
Conference services include coffee and tea serving sweet and savory coffee sandwiches (e.g. bun, pie, muffin, piece of cake, cakes, rolls) soft drinks and other service to order.
The goal is to improve the availability of conference catering in the Western New Zealand welfare area in areas where there are no established contract suppliers at close range. The goal is to reduce delivery distances, transport costs and the environmental impact of catering.
The welfare region of Western Uusimaa does not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
