THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND THIS ANNOUNCEMENT DOES NOT SOLICITE OFFERS. Heka asks potential bidders to participate in the market dialogue and to express their interest in the purchase. GENERAL Heka has about 54,000 apartments, where 92,000 Helsinki residents live. Heka uses software robots for, among other things, creating water bills for residents, setting up targets and collection reminders. In these, manual work has been replaced by robotics solutions. In the future, we want to expand the use of robots. As Heka's state of will is to move to a robotics service model where robotics is produced on the SaaS principle (RaaS), which enables scalability, cost efficiency and clearer management. In the future model, the service provider is responsible for both technical and administrative aspects requirements. The goal is that the price of the service includes unlimited simultaneous use of robots without separate license restrictions. The goal is to use the robotics operating environment maintained in the partner's environment as a SaaS service professional services. The value of the acquisition is approximately 200,000 euros in four years.
