• Huoltovarmuuskeskus invites market players interested in procurement to respond to the request for information and to register for the market dialogue. The object of the acquisition is a project portfolio tool locally installed (On Premises), which enables program and project management. The aim of the acquisition is to tender the software: • supports the current and evolving management of the project portfolio and programs and • reduces the amount of manual work related to processes and reporting. • To be acquired the system solution and the supplier's operations must meet the information security requirements of classified information. • In addition, the system also supports the work of an external project manager in project planning, implementation and monitoring in the closing stages. Basically, the goal is to acquire ready-made software that can be configured according to HVK's requirements and needs. INFORMATION REQUEST AND BILATERAL MARKET DIALOGUE EVENTS With this information request, Huoltovarmuuskeskus (hereafter HVK) initiates the market survey of the procurement. The purpose of the request for information is to map potential market players, collect information on the solution options available on the market, and compile views on the acquisition target and its regarding implementation.
