Description:
The purpose of the request for information With this request for information, the welfare area of Southern Ostrobothnia (hereafter the Client) maps the solutions available on the market for the online speech therapy needs of speech therapy services. The goal of the request for information is:- to get an overview of the solutions and service providers on the market,- to start a market dialogue with the players in the field,- and to communicate the plans of the Customer in relation to a tender that may be launched later. Based on the market dialogue The customer evaluates the suitability, readiness and cost level of the solutions on the market in relation to the needs of the welfare area. Background information and plans In the welfare area of southern Ostrobothnia, browser-based online speech therapy services have been used in the past, through which speech therapy sessions for customers. In the welfare area, there is a need to ensure the availability of online speech therapy services in the future as well. The short-term need is to utilize a browser-based solution to ensure service continuity, alongside which the Subscriber is mapping out longer-term options, such as application-based or other technical implementation models. The Customer is planning a possible tender to be implemented later, where other technical implementation options can also be considered, such as application-based or hybrid solutions.
