Description:
The purpose of this request for information is to find out the companies and solutions operating on the market and to collect material for the preparation of the tender, and to enable an open discussion between HUS and the suppliers during the preparation phase of the tender.
HUS wants information about the document on the marketstorage solutions, their functional and technical characteristics, and pricing models.
This request for information does not bind the procurement unit or the suppliers who responded to the request for information to carry out the purchase as described in this request for information or in the responses sent to the request for informationu. Decisions on starting or not starting a possible procurement process are made after a market survey.
HUS does not pay compensation to suppliers who participated in the information request process.
HUS plans a storage solution for patient documents and related support and maintenancetendering for ito services. The solution aims to enable the storage of documents from welfare areas using the XDS service in HUS's XDS archive with standard workflows. Recorded material is produced both electronically and physically on paper. The solution to be procured must supportetc. recording from different multifunction device manufacturers.
