- This is a request for information, which is not a procurement announcement or a request for quotation. The purpose of the request for information is to gather information about the object of the procurement for future bidding. Answering the request for information is not a prerequisite for participating in the competition. To ensure the success of the future competition however, it would be important for bidders to provide the procuring entity with as much information as possible. The request for information does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its appendices, and the tender can also be omitted. For information request the respondents are not compensated for answering the information request or for participating in the related presentation events.
The procurement unit strives to comply with procurement principles of public procurement, which are equity, non-discrimination, transparency and proportionality.
