- In addition to the Tax Administration's own translation service, the Tax Administration acquires the translation services it needs as a purchase service from an external supplier. Most of the translations targeted for procurement are made in the language pairs Finnish - Swedish, Swedish - Finnish and Finnish - English, English - Finnish. Translation of other language pairsit is needed to a small extent.
The Tax Administration is planning to tender translation and language checking services. With this request for information, the Tax Administration maps the market situation for translation services using the questions below and the attachments included in the request for information.
1) Do you think you cane to deliver the translation and language check service according to the "Description of the object of procurement" in the appendix? Do you have any comments on the appendix in question?
2) Is your operation certified according to the standard ISO17100:2017 or similar?
3) Do you think you are able to commit to the agreements of the Tax Administration kto be entered in the next contract condition regarding travel in a situation where the translator works at the premises of the customer or supplier?, such as steering group meetings, other cooperation meetings, reporting, travel, travel time and accommodation allowances, permits, service documentation, necessary access rights and overtime.
