- The question is a request for information related to Certia Oy's travel management system. This request for information does not start a tender, but is a request for information related to market mapping as part of the procurement preparation. The procurement unit does not undertake to organize the procurement described in this request for information.No binding offers or other commitments are expected at this market survey stage. After the market survey and other pre-examination, a separate decision is made on the procurement implementation method and its schedule. Not responding to a request for information does not prevent participation in a possible tender. TThose who participated in the request for information will not be compensated for answering.
The subject of this information request is the implementation of the travel management system and the continuous maintenance service for Certia and its customer universities. We will go through the requests for information during April 2023 and after that we will start preparing the tenderbased on information requests.
Preliminary content of the implementation project of the travel management system:
-Introduction of the basic functionalities of travel management (Travel plan, Travel invoice/Commission travel invoice, Expense invoice, Invoice can be divided into different cost items and the approver(s) are determined accordinglyistically)
