This announcement is not a preliminary announcement, a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information for market dialogue regarding the procurement of school transport, the estimated start date of which is August 2024. With this request for information, the municipality of Rantasalmi invites actors interested in the procurement to informto the market dialogue.
The goal of the market dialogue is to present the starting points of the procurement and to have a dialogue about the implementation of the procurement, the content, the terms of the contract and to get the participants' views on them. The market dialogue is carried out in the manner considered by the procurement unit. Procurement unitfor example, can you send drafts of tender documents to those who have registered for comment.
The request for information or its answers are not binding on either party. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the procurement unit does not undertake to carry out the procurement and the documents presented during the market dialogue ovat draft documents. The procurement unit does not pay compensation for participating in the market dialogue.
