• The subject of this procurement is the information security and cyber security services ("Services") provided to Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Entity") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The procurement unit is looking here in the procurement of one (1) professional service provider to provide information security and cyber security management, maintenance, support and development services for its needs in accordance with the following: 1) Tietoturvavalvomo service or SOC (Security Operations Center) 2) Data security and cyber security response service or C-SIRT (Cyber ​​Security Response Team) 3) Cyber ​​Security Team CST (Cyber ​​Security Team), which performs operational cyber security support tasks of the chosen Service Provider's cyber security control must operate in Finland and be able to produce the Services in Finnish. The service provider must also have Traficom's HAVARO capability and must act as a HAVARO service provider. The agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing and is valid for 3+1+1+1 years. The services are supposed to start with the implementation project during August-December 2026, during which the services will be transferred to production in a coordinated manner. The service production obligation begins in accordance with the approval procedure of the commissioning project per service at the end of 2026 or at the latest 6 months after the start of the implementation project.
