Description:
The object of the procurement is the information security management and monitoring service of the Helsinki region transport municipal corporation (later HSL, customer, procurement entity) for a fixed-term contract period of 24 months, after which it is possible to extend the contract indefinitely. Acquisition the object and the requirements concerning it are described in this request for participation and its attachments. Procurement is carried out using a limited procedure. NOTE. Access to procurement documents is limited in order to protect the confidentiality of the information (Special Sector Procurement Act § 73 subsection 3). The procurement unit hands over the confidential appendices listed below to candidates accepted as bidders against a signed confidentiality agreement:- Service management procurement description (appendix 3)- RACI (appendix 4)- Commissioning project phasing (appendix 6) - Information security agreement contact persons and their responsibilities (subappendix of appendix 9.3) - Log source list - Technical architecture descriptions In addition, more detailed technical information (e.g. number of objects to be monitored, sub-services included the customer's entities) is given against a signed confidentiality agreement. Instructions for submitting the confidentiality agreement will be announced to those selected as bidders before the bidding phase or at the latest with a request for bids.
