Description:
Maintenance of the City of Kotka Infra (procurement unit, subscriber) requests your bid for the provision of the unit price (€/h) for the winter service services for the winter season 1.10.2025 - 31.5.2026 in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.
Subscriber may continue for a fixed -term contract period by taking for use with two separate (1+1) winter season options 1.10.2026 - 31.5.2027 and 1.10.2027 - 31.5.2028. Machine work service is sought for public transport and parking areas.
Offers are requested for work machines and trucks with drivers. Machine equipment is primarily needed for snow plowing and sanding. In the contract areas, the subscriber manages the carriageway planing, snow off and, if necessary, a light traffic lanes. The sanding material needed to control the contractor is obtained by the subscriber and the use of it will be agreed upon when ordering a contract.
Contractor Works with the City of Kotka's own equipment under the guidance of the client's management. The client is responsible for the client, defining work and calling work during the contract period.
Warranty hours are not provided, the workload depends on the conditions of the winter season and the need for the customer. Services Purchased during the contract period according to the customer's needs.
The areas consist of ten (10) work areas.
