State The Department of Urban Technology Construction Each year implementsNumerous infrastructure and landscaping projects in the city of Helsinki. The projects are mainly conducted on their own, but they also utilize a wealth of competitive subcontracts and acquisitions in addition to their own production. The aim of the service procurement of infrastructure and landscaping is toto optimize the subscriber's resources according to seasonal fluctuations and to improve the ability to meet the growing needs of the city.
