Description:
The object of the procurement is the consulting services related to the Innovation Broker service package, the aim of which is to support customers in the planning and preparation of innovative procurement.
Innovation Broker's services include, for example, digital sparring, support for the selection of procurement procedures, market researchdialogue support, market investigation/needs and innovation matchmaking, mapping of funding opportunities, clarification of goals and support for the preparation of requirements definitions.
The framework arrangement is divided into three areas as follows:
1) Digital procurement
2) Procurement in the social and health sector
3) Acquisitions in the real estate and construction sector
As a result of the acquisition, a framework arrangement is established. For the framework arrangement, two (2) suppliers are selected for each sub-area. The operation of the framework arrangement is described in the draft contract attached to the request for tender.
The same supplier can be selected as suppliersi to one or more sub-areas. The object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1. Description of the object of procurement.
