SLyhyt description: Lapland Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment give service providers the opportunity to offer labor market training of tourism are related pilot trainings in emergency conditions both Utsjoen of sudden structural change caused by the service needs. The service to be obtained is specified in the service description attached to the invitation to tender (Annex 1).
