• Renovation of lighting in accordance with the plan documents in the following areas:1. Heikin Bridge2. Beach sober3. Bedbug4. Koromajaantie The procurement includes both lighting replacements and the construction of new lighting. The contractor is responsible for the current lighting dismantling and disposing of dismantled materials at their own expense. The implementation date of the work will be agreed with the contractor when the delivery date of the materials has been confirmed. The work can be started when the supplies have been delivered. For items 1, 2 and 3 the goal is for the sites to be ready by 30 November 2026 at the latest. In item 1, the bidder must consider the electric line. Regarding the railway crossing area, the contractor must be in contact with the operation manager of the railway area before starting the demolition work, with whom he must to plan the demolition work of the poles closely related to the railway, to agree on the phases and schedules of the work, as well as the related preliminary preparations. The lighting poles of object 2 will be purchased by the customer. The underground structures at the site have been completed. The object's work includes the installation of poles and lamps on the existing pedestals. Regarding item 3, the bidder must take into account the events in Lutakko Square. During the events, you can't work on the square and there can't be unfinished construction site arrangements. Implementation of object 4 is divided into two years, approximately 50% in 2026 and approximately 50% in 2027.
