• Description:
• The scope of the procurement has been updated on February 18, 2026. The change in the procurement applies to site 4, no changes have been made to sites 1-3. The portion of fiber optic construction on Kuormaajantie has been added to the procurement. The added portion includes the earthworks included in the fiber optic construction. The materials needed for the construction will be supplied by the fiber optic operator. Renovation of the lighting in accordance with the plan documents in the following areas: 1. Heikin Bridge2. Beach sober3. Bedbug4. Kuormaajantie (added to the beginning of Kuormaajantie according to the appendices fiber optic installations) The procurement includes both lighting replacements and the construction of new lighting. The contractor is responsible for dismantling the existing lighting and disposing of the dismantled materials at his own expense. The time of the work's implementation is agreed by the contractor with when the delivery date of the materials has been confirmed. The work can be started when the supplies have been delivered. For items 1, 2 and 3, the goal is for the items to be ready by November 30, 2026 at the latest. In item 1, the bidder must consider the electric line. Regarding the railway crossing area, before starting the demolition work, the contractor must be in contact with the operation manager of the railway area, with whom the demolition work of the poles closely connected to the railway line must be planned, the stages and schedules of the work must be agreed upon, and related preliminary preparations.
