• Description:
• The Oulu Tilapalvelut business facility requests your offer for inspections and maintenance of hand fire extinguishers and fire hydrants (hereinafter also referred to as the "customer") in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The Oulu Water business is involved in the procurement, with which the selected service provider will sign a separate agreement contract under the terms of this call for tenders.
  Oulu Tilapalvelut store has a total of (approx.) 2,905 fire extinguishers and 1,533 emergency fire hydrants in its buildings. The buildings are located in the Oulu area (Yli-Ii, Haukipudas, Kiiminki, Ylikiiminki, Oulunsalo, base Oulu). Oulun Vesi Oy has approximately 100 fire extinguishers and hydrants each. The selected service provider will receive an individual fire extinguisher/fire hydrant list at the beginning of the contract period. The purchase includes new fire extinguishers acquisition. The subscriber can purchase products other than those requested in this request for quotation during the contract period, if necessary, through the selected service provider, which are related to this purchase.
  During the contract period, the service provider handles the inspections and maintenance of the customer's hand fire extinguishers and fire hydrants in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Inspections are carried out at the customer's properties. The service provider must maintain an up-to-date fire extinguisher maintenance register of hand fire extinguishers and fire hydrants by property.
