According to section 122 subsection 2 of the Municipal Act, the municipality's audit firm must be selected as the auditor of the municipality's subsidiary entities, unless there is a justified reason for the deviation related to the organization of the audit. For each subsidiary, you are asked to submit a separate one price quote. The audit committee forwards the bids, the bid comparison and the proposal of the auditor to be selected to the subsidiaries.
